Bruyere Garantie Smooth Bent Pot Estate Pipe, Vulcanite Saddle Stem, 9mm Filter

A smooth bent pot stamped BRUYERE over GARANTIE, fitted with a vulcanite saddle stem and a fishtail mouthpiece, and made for a 9 mm filter. BRUYERE is clear in the stamp; the first letter of GARANTIE is faint.

It is pre-smoked and in good condition. The stain shows faint scratches around the briar, and there are tiny bite marks on the stem.

The pot is one of the classic briar shapes, an upright bowl with straight walls and a flat top, and this one is bent. Its bowl stands 48 mm high and 42 mm wide around a chamber 20 mm across and 35 mm deep, on a pipe 143 mm long that weighs 51 g.

The finish is smooth, and grain shows on the bowl and on the shank. Please see the photographs.
