It is pre-smoked and in very good condition.

The billiard is the classic pipe shape: a bowl shaped like a cylinder, set on a straight shank. Here the bowl is 45 mm high and 35 mm wide around a chamber 20 mm across and 39 mm deep, and the pipe is 143 mm long and weighs 57 g. The saddle stem ends in a fishtail mouthpiece.
The finish is smooth and reddish, and lines of grain show on the bowl.
